Returns & Exchanges

Signed Posters & Mail Club Letters

As all items are handmade and sent with love, I don't offer refunds. However, if something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, I'm happy to arrange an exchange! Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue.

Merch Items

Merch items are created and fulfilled by Printful. Printful does not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size, or incorrect colour choices. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are eligible for a free reshipment or refund — no need to return the item. Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping

Signed Posters

All signed posters ship free worldwide! To keep shipping completely free, posters are sent untracked and A3 orders are folded in half.

Australia: 7–14 business days
International: 15–35 business days

If you don't receive your poster within 3 weeks (Australia) or 7 weeks (international), please contact me and I'll send another.

Mail Club Letters

Mail Club letters are sent untracked to keep shipping costs down.

Australia: 3–5 business days
International: 15–25 business days

If you don't receive your letter within that time frame, please contact me and I'll send another!

Merch & Other Items

Merch items are printed and fulfilled by Printful. Delivery times vary by location — you'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Since posters and mail club letters are sent untracked, delivery can sometimes take a little longer than expected. If you haven't received your order within the timeframes above, please get in touch and I'll send another.

Can I cancel my Mail Club subscription?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your customer account. No need to contact me.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change. I'll do my best to help, but once an order has been dispatched I'm unable to make changes.
